As a professional wedding proposal planning company, we strive to provide the highest quality of services to all of our clients. We want to ensure that you are aware of all of our policies and practices before entering into any agreements with our company. Please carefully review the following disclosure statement:
SERVICES OFFERED
Elite Marry Me offers wedding proposal planning and coordination services, including but not limited to:
-Venue selection
-Vendor recommendations and coordination
-Proposal day timeline development
-Budget management
-Proposal day coordination
-Decor and styling
-PRICING
Our pricing for wedding proposal planning services varies depending on the scope of your event and your specific needs. We will provide you with a detailed quote outlining our services and pricing before any work is started.
PAYMENT
A first deposit of $100 is required to secure your proposal date. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your total balance. Half of the remaining balance (second deposit) is due one week prior to your proposal day and the remaining balance is due on the day of the proposal after service is completed. Late payments may result in additional fees, and/or litigation process.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your proposal planning services with Elite Marry Me, please let us know as soon as possible. Any cancellations made less than four week prior to your proposal date will result in forfeiture of your first deposit. Cancellations made less than a week prior to your initial agreed proposal date will result in half payment of the total balance being withheld by Marry Me Sign. And any additional payments such as permits, rental spaces, deposits for musicians, and any other costs that Marry Me Sign might have incurred. Please note that our priority is to perform your event on the day and time that you feel will be the most appropriate to all individuals involved. Therefore, you will be allowed to postpone the event to a later time without penalties.
LIABILITY
Elite Marry Me is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during your wedding or related events. We are not responsible for the actions of any vendors or third-party service providers that we recommend or coordinate with. We strongly advise that you obtain event insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We understand that your wedding plans may be private and sensitive. We will maintain confidentiality and respect your privacy throughout our working relationship.
